SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States:
- Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $75
- Free Shipping: Orders $75 and over ship free

Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Feel Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact USPS directly or reach out to us at lyle@feel.golf and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at lyle@feel.golf within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
